Abstract

The static adsorption and separation were used in investigation of macroporous adsorption resin, the dynamic adsorption and separation were used in studying the condition of adsorption and separation. The flavonoids adsorption capacity, was used as the evaluation criteria. The results showed that the HPD300 was the best for adsorbing and separating the flavonoids in perilla frute- scens(L.) britt in the following technological condition: the concentration of the flavonoids sample extract was 5 mg/mL, the maximum adsorbing capacity was 13.73 mg/g, the current velocity was 1 mL/min, the elutingreagent was 50% ethanol ten times as the volume of the resin, and the HPD300 resin could be used four times repeatedly.
