Abstract

In the nowadays competitive market environment,more and more enterprises are starting to focus on enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,while outsourcing non-core business of logistics to third party logistics companies.In this paper,the author analyzed the choice of logistics outsourcing on corporate decision-making,identification and selection of third-party logistics providers.
