Abstract

Logistics has a very important function for modern enterprises. The enterprises' logistics models include two kinds: the first party logistics and the third party logistics. The functions of logistics in the enterprises' development strategy and the ability that enterprises manage logistics are two important factors. The enterprises should adopt the most suitable logistics model according to their respective situations.
