Countermeasures and Suggestions of Enhancing the Economic Extrovert Degree in Henan Province

Henan province obtained great development on opening up to foreign countries,the total quantity of imports and exports unceasingly enhanced,the foreign capital quantity which has been introduced is growing year by year.However,the degree of opening up to foreign countries in Henan province is still very weak,especially in controlling forceand competitive ability of foreign trade.This paper put forward some policy proposals on how to enhance the foreign openness degree in Henan province.
