A Strategic Research on the Fast Implementation of the Primary Strategy Opening and Driving in Henan

There is, comparatively, a large gap between Henan and other provinces or municipalities in the total capacity of the introduced foreign capital and trade. Still, that doesn't match Henan's place of No. 5 in gross economic amount in China. The low level of export-oriented economy has been the main reasons to restrict the development of economy in the whole province. Therefore, we should implement the primary strategy opening and driving to speed up the development of Henan's export-oriented economy, as we optimize the surroundings of the development of economy.
