Abstract
The amount of money in investment constitutes an essential element on whether the economy in Henan province can develop rapidly or not. A study on such questions as how much hidden fund there is, how much can be used, how much is introduced from other provinces and how much drains to other provinces from Henan province will contribute much to the fast development of the regional economy in Henan province.
