Abstract
The hydrogen peroxide-inclusion complex wes prepared by the coprecipitation method, and the optimized formulation was as follows:30% H2O2-urea(1∶1.2,v/w) with the preparation temperature of (35±3)℃,vacuum drying for 2 h at 45 ℃. The content of hydrogen peroxide in inclusion could reach 31%. The heating and illumination experiment on the inclusion complex showed better stability than hydrogen peroxide solution. Inclusion complex possessed good antibacterial properties.
