Abstract

The stable sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride adduct was prepared by the industrial grade hydrogen peroxide solutions. The effect of the material ratio, reaction time and stabilizers on product were studied. The process of the mother liquid cycle and the stability of the product were studied. Results showed it was considered the benchmark was of 250 g Na2SO4,when adding 300 mL 27.5% H2O2,50 g NaCl,the reaction temperature was 10 ℃,the stable reagent was compound, the quality of the product was fine.Amount of solid product and its hydrogen peroxide content were approximately the same in five cycles. The product was kept at 100 ℃ for 3 h.Decomposition fraction of the product for each cycle was less than 2%.The 5% product was added in the national standard washing powders, the stability was over 20 times than sodium percarbonate, the compatibility to washing powder was better.
