Abstract

[Objective]To explore clinical curative effect of methotrexate combined with leflunomide in treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis( RA).[Methods]80 RA patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with methotrexate combined with leflunomide, and the control group was given methotrexate combined with hydroxychloroquine. The curative effect was observed. The levels of ACCP,RF and CRP before treatment, and 1,2,3 and 4 month after treatment were analyzed.[Results]After 2 months of treatment, there was significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups( P 0. 05). At the end of 2,3 and 4 months after treatment, the levels of ACCP,RF and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P 0. 05).[Conclusion]The methotrexate combined with leflunomide has significant curative effect in RA patients, which can obviously reduce the levels of ACCP,RF and CRP,effectively control the disease condition, and provide a basis for clinical treatment of RA.
