Abstract
Objective: To observe influence of Methotrexate combined with Leflunomide on ACCP,RF and CRP levels in rheumatoid arthritis patients. Methods:A total of 79 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(40) was treated with Methotrexate and Leflunomide, while the control group(39) was given Methotrexate and Hydroxychloroquine. The therapeutic effects and ACCP,RF and CRP levels before and 1,2,3,4 months after treatment were observed and compared. Results:Two months after treatment, the total effective rate was significant different between the two groups(P0.05).Before treatment and 1 month after treatment no significant difference in ACCP,CRP and RF levels were observed(P0.05),but 2 months,3 months, and 4 months after treatment, significant difference in ACCP,CRP and RF were found(P0.05).Conclusion:Methotrexate combining with Leflunomide can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis since it can significantly decrease ACCP,CRP and RF levels, control symptoms.
