Abstract

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:51 patients in treatment group were treated with Leflunomide,53 patients in control group were treated with Celebrex,the effects of two groups were compared and observed.Results:In treatment group,the markedly effective rate was 68.62%,the total effective rate was 90.20%;in control group,the markedly effective rate was 35.85%,the total ef fective rate was 69.81%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is better and less side effects,safe and reliable.
