Abstract
The optimal conditions of the induction and proliferation of protocorms and plantlet regeneration from protocorms are investigated in this experiment. The results obtained show that the highest percentage of protocorm formation from stem-tips occurs on the 1/2MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L and BA3.0 mg/L;the proliferation of protocorms is best on the 1/2MS medium with the addition of BA5.0mg/L,NAA1.0mg/L and 0.2% AC;and the 1/2MS medium with BA2.0mg/L,NAA0.2mg/L and 0.2%AC is suitable for plant differentiation from proctocorms.
