Abstract
The aseptic propagation system of Hybridum cymbidium protocorms was established by the tissue culture of its stem apex and section. The results showed that the optimum induction media for bud,and protocorm were 1/2MS+0.2mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L 6-BA +100 mg/mL VC and 1/2MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+2.5 mg/L 6-BA +100 mg/mL VC respectively, the optimum multiplication medium for protocorm induction was 1/2MS+0.3 mg/L NAA+3.0 mg/L 6-BA +100mg/mL VC,and the suitable explant for protocorm multiplication of Hybridum cymbidium was protocorm.
