Abstract

The assumption is put forward that the finance carrier of the capital market in the West of China should be the mineral property right. And it also researches some important issues as to how to built up the tangible mineral property right exchange in the West, such as the standardization of mineral property right, the trade system, the venture control, and the function of the government, etc.
