Abstract

To conduct mixed ownership is a tendency and elementary requirement in current economy. To be set up and advanced, it relies on modern property right system and their smooth exchange. By distinguishing relevant concepts, we confirm that property right is the basis and core of ownership system. By analyzing the contents of property rights exchange and of exchange market, we conclude that property right exchange market is the necessary path to push forward the mixed ownership economy.
