Abstract

Objective To study the clinical significance of serum lipid changes in patients with relapse cerebral infarction. Methods Serum lipid changes of 122 cases in patients with relapse cerebral infarction were analyzed, the sequences of which were compared with patients with no cardio cerebro vascular diseases in synchronization and ISO age. Results Total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein(LDL),Apolipoprotein 100 (ApoB100) in patients with relapse cerebral infarction were obviously higher than those in the matched control group.High density lipoprotein(HDL) and Apolipoprotein AI and ApoB AI/ApoB 100 were lower than those in the matched control group, triglycerides(TG) were slightly higher than those in the matched control group. Conclusion Patients with relapse cerebral infarction trend to have abnormality of serum lipids, the serum ,lipid disorders should be regarded as a risk factor, and indicate that patients with cerebral infarction are easily relapsed again.
