Effect of Shedanzhuifeng Pills on Hemorheology of Rats Model of Liver-qi Stagnation and Cold Coagulation Blood Stasis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Shedanzhuifeng pills on the hemorrheology of rats model of liver-qi stagnation and cold coagulation blood stasis.Methods The rats model of liver-qi stagnation and cold coagulation blood stasis was constructed by subcutaneous injection of 0.1% epinephrine with ice water bath method,The influence of Shedanzhuifeng pills on blood viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte aggregation index,rigidity index,deformation index,index of electrophoresis were observe.Results Shedanzhuifeng pills can lower the whole blood viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,and stiffness index in the blood stasis rats model.Conclusion Shedanzhuifeng pills can significantly improve the blood hemorheology index in rats model of liver-qi stagnation,cold coagulation blood stasis.It mainly works through its influence on erythrocyte aggregation.
