Abstract
Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavones from Prunus tomentosa.Method: Taking yield of total flavones as evaluation index,the content of total flavones was determined by UV,orthogonal test method was used to optimize ultrasonic extraction technology with extraction time,ratio of solid-liquid,the concentration of ethanol and ultrasonic power as factors,extraction condition of total flavones was optimized by response surface method.Result: The best extraction condition was:the concentration of ethanol 95%,ratio of solid-liquid 1∶20,ultrasonic power 400 W,extractive time 45 min,under this condition,average yield of total flavones could be up to 1.135%.Conclusion: Ethanol ultrasonic extraction was low consumption,common used and convenient,it could be widely used in extraction technology of Chinese herbal medicine.
