Abstract
The aim was to optimize the extraction process of total flavones from Apocynum venetuml.by orthogonal experiment,in which the extraction rate of total flavones was observed as the evaluation index.Experimental result showed the optimum extraction process was as follows: microwave power of 500W,microwave time of 40 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1:15(g/mL) and ethanol concentration of 60%.Under this process, the extraction rate of total flavones was 2.977%.
