Abstract
The optimum condition of extracting total flavones from bamboo leaf by ultrasound wave was studied in this paper.Based on single factor test, the orthogonal experiments were conducted with 4 factors of ethanol solutions, the ratio of raw materials to solvent, ultrasonic power and extraction time.Under the conditions of 65% ethanol solutions, the ratio of ethanol to material 20:1(W/V),ultrasonic power 500W,extraction time 10min,treating with ultrasonic for twice repeatedly at the temperature of 50℃,the extraction efficiency of the total flavones was the best.
