Financing Policy and Mechanism and Its Enlightenment of Intellectual Property in American Medium and Small Sized Enterprise

This paper introduces the financing policy and financing mechanism for promoting intellectual property of United States,and analyzes the financing policy and practice of intellectual property in China.By drawing lessons from American development experience,the paper puts forward financing policies and measures for advancing intellectual property in China.
