Abstract
Objective To study the changes of the central retinal artery, renal artery, dorsal foot artery of patients with diabetes by Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI).Methods 30 patients and 30 normal control were included into the study.Central retinal artery, renal interlobar artery and dorsal foot artery were measured by CDFI.Results In patient′s group, peak systolic blood flow and the diastolic blood flow of the arteries reduced, the resistance index(RI) increased. Conclusion The central retinal artery, renal interlobar artery, dorsal foot artery of patients with diabetes lacked blood flow and CDFI can be more efficient and accurate in detecting hemodynamic changes of the arterial.
