Establishment of Performance Management System Based on Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Objective To perfect the performance management system,solve the management problems, arouse the positivity of employees and improve medical service quality.Methods The problems were analyzd with balance scorecard in performance management.And then a KPI performance management system was designed. Results A KPI system was set up with 3 levels based on clinical,medical,nursing and function according to the actual situation of the hospital.Conclusion The implementation of a performance system can solve the problems and improve performance obviously.
