Abstract
This paper firstly gives a definition on performance of enterprise quality management system and the evaluation.Based on the core thinking of balanced scorecard,the paper designs 18 evaluation indicators at the second level from four performance perspectives including finance,customer,internal business process,as well as learning and growth.Also,it establishes performance theoretical support for measuring the quality management performance.
