Abstract

It is the primary guarantee to strengthen the construction of physical education teaching staff and improve the teachers' comprehensive quality and ability in the process of physical education teaching reform and development in higher vocational colleges.This paper expounds the importance of strengthening physical educa-tion teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward research measures on cultivating the advanced vocational education ideas and excellent education teaching ability among physical education teaching staff.
