Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of low concentration of ropivacaine alone or combined sufentanil on epidural analgesia in labor and the impacting of the mother and child.Methods:200 cases of natural childbirth primipara were randomly divided into two groups(n=100): R group was treated with 0.15% ropivacaine,S group was treated with 0.15% ropivacaine plus 0.5μg/mL sufentanil mixture for epidural analgesia in labor. And in the same time 100 cases of natural childbirth primipara without epidural analgesia were randomly selected as a control group C.Analgesic effect, labor time, motor nerve block situation, mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal and neonatal conditions were observed in each group. Results:The analgesic effects were significantly observed in R and S Group.Compared with the control group, the active period of time were shortened in R or S group, the cesarean section rate were decreased(P0.05).Compared with the R group,VAS scores in S group were less than that in the R group(P0.05).The rate of midwifery, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal and neonatal conditions had no statistically significant difference among the three groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effects of low concentrations of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil analgesia outweigh than ropivacaine alone, and have no harm to the mother and child.
