Abstract

There exists a serious supply and demand imbalance in the rural financial market. In the circumstance that the rural financial institutions are having financial exclusion of the rural financial needs,in order to clear up the major barrier of forming the debit and credit relations between farmers and the rural financial institutions,we need to reform their business modes,or introduce in financial agencies which are financial-inclusive in rural areas where the economic situation are backward or the natural productive relations are of a big proportion. For example,we can continue to increase the rate of the experimental banks in villages and towns, establish community-type financial organizations,or transform the existing rural credit cooperatives into community-type banks etc.
