Abstract
The characteristics of rural credit demand determine that the financial institutions in rural areas have to assume much cost and risk,the current rural financial institutions are difficult to adapt to the characteristics of credit demands and hard to solve issues on cost and risk effectively.The rural financial reform needs to innovate in terms of financial organizations,macroscopic systems and microcosmic policies so as to match the rural credit supply and demand effectively.
