The Tentative Discussion on the Way of Realization and the Evaluation System of Qualities Education in University

In nowadays,qualities education is becoming one of the important contents of higher education innovation. In this thesis, the meaning and the purpose of qualities education were analyzed; the key function of moral education in qualities education was emphasized; the achievable way of qualities education in college was expounded,the assumption that we should innovate the examination system and set up a scientific evaluation system of the talent was pointed out. It was also indicated that the evaluation system of the talent should consist of moral-poh'tics qualities, special knowledge accomplishment, innovation spirit, practice ability, culture quality, body and mind making.
