Observation on clinical effect of disposable root canal treatment

Abstract

Objective To study the infected root canal after one-time root canal treatment,the clinical curative effect.Methods Randomly selected 80 cases admitted to our hospital clinic,the irreversible pulpitis,pulp necrosis and root periarthritis patients,according to the order were divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in the control group were treated by normal three root canal treatment,treatment group patients application a one-time root canal disinfection,root canal preparation and root canal filling.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and patients with postoperative pain reaction.Results The treatment group of patients had no obvious difference in curative effect compared with control group,the pain reaction was lighter.Conclusions The use of one-off root canal therapy for infected root canal and no obvious difference was found between the curative effect of treatment for many times,which can alleviate the suffering of patients,and worth clinical promotion.
