Abstract
Objective Analysis of the root canal therapy and root canal treatment the clinical effect of combined treatment of dry pulp pulpitis. Methods 240 cases of patients with pulpitis were randomly selected from our hospital, and average divided the patients into observation group and control group, 120 cases of patients in each group. Control group adopts the root canal therapy to treat patients, observation group in the control group on the basis of joint dry pulp treating pulpitis, and statistical analysis was carried out on the clinical effect after treatment. Results After treatment the clinical effect of observation group was better than control group, P0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion With root canal therapy and stem pith of combined treatment of pulpitis, which was more obvious than the single root canal therapy, and the root canal therapy and stem spinal surgery in combination with also has a good long-term effect.
