Analyses of Employability and Channel of the Vocational Education Graduates

Through the investigation of the employment status of the vocational education graduates, this article analyzes the vocational education graduates’ employability. From the perspective of employment capacity, this article analyzes the employment channels of the vocational education graduates from the very three views of training full employment awareness, establishing employment index system, relying on enterprises and creating employment sectors complement each other, for the purpose of exploring new ways to solve the employment of vocational education graduates with a view to reverse from enterprises and the needs of the market.
