Vocational Graduates' Employment Problems and Countermeasures——Based on the employment of Shanxi Vocational and Technical Insistute

In recent years,with the rapid development of higher vocational education,the number of graduates in the rapid growth of vocational students is becoming increasingly f ierce competition for jobs.It started graduate employment tracking and talent demand forecast research work,select the fourth(2007-2010) graduates surveyed,starting from a higher vocational level of graduate employment survey,by analyzing the employment status of the vocational students,combing vocational graduates employment problems in,and then proposed to improve the level of graduate employment measures,to improve the quality of employment of vocational graduates.
