Analysis of Graduates Employment Problems in Higher Vocational Education under New Situation

Abstract

On the basis of the Labor Contract Law,the financial crisis with new problems under the new situation,and the relationship between vocational graduates,this paper digs the employment characteristics and patterns of graduates from higher vocational colleges.And it offers an employment method of vocational graduates under the new employment situation.This method is the only way to improve the further vocational education.
