College teachers are the engineers of the students soul and the model of morality,the moral level of teachers is directly related to the training and development of ideological and political quality of college students.Under the background of the higher education market,internationalization and the popular,some college teachers give way the temptation,the professional ethics have fallen sharply,and seriously affected the gown up and success of adult students.The article defines the abundent content of professional ethics of college teachers,and then discusses the multiple reasons for the decline of professional ethics of college teachers and the main approach and methods to improve the professional ethics of college teachers.
