Abstract
The paper discussed the important meaning of strengthening teachers' ethics in improving college students' ethical education.It exposes the major problems and college teachers and puts forward suggestions.The author thinks that a long-term system should be established in order to inspect and regulate college teachers' ethics and we should set up an effective organization to practice ethics in daily teaching.
