Improvements on University Teachers' Professional Ethics

The main problems of university teachers' professional ethics existing currently include lack of responsibility,weak awareness of students education,loss of teachers' manners,and act of pursuing position and wealth.Teachers are the most important human resources and represent the scholarship level of universities.In order to stimulate and develop teachers' professional ethics,more attention should be paid to perfecting rules for teachers' behavior,to establishing sustainable systems,and to creating an atmosphere of promoting teacher's moral and spiritual improvement.
