Abstract
The employment situations are analyzes for the present college graduates.It is demonstrated why the employment rate of college graduates is particularly high in 2009.Based on the new thinking of challenges and opportunities that brought by the current financial crisis to our university graduates,comprehensive and systematic measures to solve the problem of employment are proposed.
