A Practical Research on Poor Rural Women's Employment

The statistics of present poor rural women's employment reveals that there are a lot of obstacles for their employment problems such as the behavior rules of gender distribution and role location of systems and regulations,the deviation of education from rural employment,imperfect employment system,and the adjustment and improvement of industry structure.Therefore,they need the support of national policies and women unions and non-government organizations.Through the development of rural industrialization and vocational training,promotion of housework socialization,it is possible to realize the employment of poor rural women.
