Abstract

There is close relationship between rural women employment role change and economic system reform.Rural women in west China have weak position in economy,capability and rights.Low education level and weak specialized quality become the bottleneck of their employment,which limit and hinder their employment and development.Only deepening system reform and constructing innovative system of rural women education and training can make west rural women have living guarantee,development guarantee and enjoyment guarantee.
