Development and application of integrated efficient supply chain management system for manufacturing industry

According to the characteristics of cable manufacturing industry,an organization mode and management method of advanced supply chain management(SCM)for this industry are proposed.The object-oriented method and the thought of modularization are adopted in the system.The SCM system combining ERP system is developed based on J2EE architecture,whose characteristics are flexible structure,rapid reconstruction,easy expansion and maintenance.The system can pan,coordinate and control logistics,information flow,business flow,capital flow and so on within the whole supply chain.As a result,it promotes the levels of informatization and the supply chain management for cable manufacturing industry.
