Abstract
Objective:Clinical application and observation for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with permutation of the artificial disc.Method:Para-incision was via left iliac region and rectus abdominis muscle.Annulus fibrosus was incised in H-formed and disc constitution was resected.Artificial disc of the SB Charite was implanted. Result:Among 8 operated patients,7 patients(87.5%)were extremely good of clinical result, and 1(12.5%)was good.Four cases had a great extent,3 better and 1 improved. One case had back and leg pain needing drug,2 taking drug occasionally.Range of activity of the vertebral body was 9° averaged.Moving and sinking into the vertebral body of prosthesis had not been found. Conclusion:If the indication has been chosen properly, the result will be satisfactory.
