It is thought that is a golden zone of apple production in world and has obvious comparative advantages in apple The main strategic thoughts are advanced as: establishing worldrace apple base to form core regions for producing high quality apples; confirming as largest and strongest province of apple in China; speeding up the second creation to reconstruct Shaanxi apple industry. In order to realize these targets, economic lever should be used to concentrate apple production on favorite regions and develop new distribution; new system and mechanism should be employed to realize business industrialization; organization forms of scale business and specialized production should be carried out and extended; standardized production regulations should be formulated to improve highquality production.
