Abstract
Lymphangiogenesis is major step in lymphatic metastasis of solid tumors, but investagations on lymphangiogenesis is fewer contrast with those on tumor vasculargenesis. As the research work goes further, newformative lymphatic has been developed in tumor of anmial model even in human central tumors and petr-tumors.The research has been confirmed recently, vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) plays an important role in lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis of tumors and is the effective target of anti-lymphangiogenesis which can improve the prognosis and increase the survival in tumor therapy.
