Surveys on the Training Demands of New Professional Farmers in Hubei Province

The new professional farmers are the best approach to solve the problem of who is farming and how to well cultivate land. The training demands of new professional farmers were investigated and the corresponding empirical analysis were conducted. Results showed that agricultural management subject had the strong willingness to participate in the farmer training. Attentions should be payed to the utility of training content and the diversified demands for training form. An innovative idea for new professional farmers' training in Hubei Province was provided.
