On Perfection of the Urban Land Use System of China

There are some problems of ambiguous land property,imperfect system and administration of land property market and the delayed legislation on China's urban land market.The author of this article believes that it must be on the basis of the right of estate and to analyze the land property and create a new land property system.The article also dwells on the deletion of the government monopolization on the main land market,the adoption of the methods to collect the land price by stages,legal limits of the activity of auction of the right of usage of land and the allowance for usage of land.
