Abstract
In this paper,the author have deduced in advance a property theory which conforms with natural law,and it is called land principles.And then,in the background of use policy's change from regulated use policy to revolutionized use policy,the author analyzed that the China's modern rural use policy is fit to landprinciples or not,according to the principles.Further more,the author presented a way to improve today's household production responsibility system.
