Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of simvastatin on tissue plasminogen activator, plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1) in patients with unstable angia pectoris(UAP).Methods:61 patients with UAP were randomly divided into simvastatin therapeutic group(n=31) and conventional therapeutic group(n=30).Their t-PA,PAI-1 levels were compared respectively before and after treatment. Results:After simvastatin treatment,PAI-1 decreased and there was significant difference, the activity of t-PA had an ascending trend, but no statistical significance. Conclusion:simvastatin can improve thrombolysis significantly in patients with UAP.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
