Abstract

In this paper, the activity of lipase in the different segments of digestive tract of Rana nigromaculata was measured by Polyethanolen olive oil emulsion hydrolysis method and the effects of pH and temperature on the activity of lipase in stomach and intestine were also investigated. The results showed that the order of lipase activity in different parts from high to low was as follows: mid-gut,hind-gut,fore-gut,stomach and esophagus. Both pH and temperature affected the activity of lipase obviously, and the effect curves of pH and temperature on the activity of lipase showed a single peak. The optimum pH value of lipase in stomach and intestine were 5.0 and 7.5,respectively.The optimum temperature of lipase in both stomach and intestine was 40℃.Some suggestions to the artificial culture of frog were given.
