Abstract
:Objective To investigate the change and effect of cell apoptosis in the reperpfusion following global cerebral ischemia. Method The global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion model was made by 4 vascular obstruction, using microscope and electron microscope to observe the of pathohistolgical change. Apoptosis index were analyzed with TUNEL method. Result During reperfusion after 30 min ischemia with the passage of time, apoptosis index remains at high level after 24h. Apoptosis and necrosis exist at the same time. Conclusion Apoptosis and necrosis exist at the same time in the reperfusion following global cerebral ischemia.Cell apoptosis join the injury.
